Hillary was born in Dyer Indiana, and graduated from Lake Central High School in 2008. She pursued a degree in Communications from DePauw University located in Greencastle, Indiana, while minoring in Philosophy and Education Studies. During her time at DePauw she participated in a work study program where she helped elementary students improve their math and reading skills, while also volunteering at a nearby elementary school acting as a teacher’s aide.

Following her graduation from DePauw, Hillary attended Indiana University: Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana and graduated in May, 2015. While pursuing her law degree, Hillary worked part-time as a law clerk at a downtown Indianapolis law firm. She also participated on the Trial Advocacy team, competing in mock trial competitions in Chicago, IL and was appointed captain of her team. During the summer of 2014, Hillary was also selected to serve as a certified legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana located in Hammond, IN. While her time spent in Hammond was short, she had the opportunity to appear in court on behalf of the United States, and participate in meetings with federal agents, opposing counsel and witnesses in preparation for trials.

Hillary has worked with Johnson Ivancevich, LLP since her admission to the Indiana Bar in September, 2015.
